We represent national and international, professional real estate speakers. A 4 Stage Interview Process ensures our communications about speakers are clear and knowledgeable. Interviewing and onboarding is time intensive, so it’s vital the time is well spent for all involved—including maintaining priority for our current cadre and clients.

What’s Considered When Determining if a New Speaker is a Good Fit?
Topics. Real estate or real estate adjacent expertise meets an ongoing or emerging demand not currently addressed by our cadre of speakers. Is the speaker’s delivery of these topics masterful, powerful, and unique?
Development & Readiness. The skills, experience, and organization of a successful, national level speaker are evident.
Passion & Dedication. The speaker is passionate about helping others with the most up-to-date information available.
Responsiveness & Cooperation. The speaker has a history of being easy to work with. Responsive, organized, and dependable speakers demonstrate their professionalism on and off stage.
Career Stage. There is strong potential for growth, development, and smooth collaboration. A new speaker may not have had time to prove expertise and hone skills; a well-established speaker may limit our ability to acquire new opportunities for them.
Loyalty & Team Dedication. More agency than bureau, we invest forward to build a future with each presenter. While providing guidance, support, and assistance makes us unique, it also means the company and existing cadre need long term, trustworthy speaker partners.
Integrity & Respect. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, prudent judgement and respectful attitude on and off the stage?
Expectations. Are their goals and expectations in line with our core values, company identity, and ability to deliver?
More to Consider as an Applicant …
- Schedule flexibility and a support system at home is important. Our presenters are able to accommodate the irregular scheduling and the ups and downs of professional speaking.
- Presenters who are prompt, responsive, & easy to work with are highly desirable & more successful than those who aren’t.
- Underscoring the above, guidelines (e.g. contacting the client upon arrival, not selling from the podium etc.) are in place.
- Road Warriors are Real. Expertly navigating unpredictable and exhausting travel is a skill set and is part of the job.
- Most of your bookings stay in house (exclusive) for many reasons. Our fees to you accommodate this.
- Promotional materials. The better they are, the faster we can get to work.
