With more than three decades of leadership experience, Nick is known for driving growth, leading large-scale transformations, and guiding organizations through moments of significant change.

Nick has held senior leadership roles at some of the most recognized brands in real estate, including RE/MAX, Century 21, Zillow Group, and T3 Sixty. He has led publicly traded companies through turnarounds, global rebrands, and complex mergers and acquisitions—most notably overseeing a $235 million acquisition and adding $30 million in EBITDA while dramatically increasing technology adoption and operational efficiency.
