Marketplace Legal Agreement - Real Estate Speakers

As “BUYER,” Your Purchase of Materials from this Marketplace Constitutes Agreement to the Following:

TERMS OF USE

The BUYER may not assign its right or delegate its performance under this Agreement without the prior written consent of BettsWorks, Inc., and any attempted assignment or delegation without such consent will be void and would constitute fraud for which BettsWorks, Inc. may seek legal remedy.

This purchase allows for the unlimited sending and viewing of videos and content by the INDIVIDUAL BUYER for use within the BUYER’S company or membership. Purchases may not be shared with or sold to individuals, teams, offices or companies lacking a direct affiliation to the BUYER.

All questions regarding the sanctioned use of purchased materials are to be directed to BettsWorks, Inc. All purchased material are protected by a registered Federal copyright and all intellectual property rights are retained by the materials’ creator.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, including the Nebraska Uniform Commercial Code and BettsWorks, Inc. and the BUYER hereby attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Nebraska.
